Dong was named Northeast Conference Tournament MVP as he helped Bryant to its sixth-straight NEC title Saturday in New Jersey. The sophomore earned a 6-4, 6-2 victory at No. 2 singles in Friday’s 4-0 semifinal win over Mount St. Mary’s and followed that performance with another 6-4, 6-2 win at No.2 in Saturday’s 4-0 championship victory over Wagner. Dong earned the clinching point for the second consecutive season.
