Men's Swimming & Diving, Women's Lacrosse win first-ever Athletic Director Challenge!

Men's Swimming & Diving, Women's Lacrosse win first-ever Athletic Director Challenge!

Bryant Alums,

Our inaugural Athletic Director Challenge was a huge success and I am pleased to announce that the winners are:

Men's Division: Swimming & Diving – 43.1% Alumni Participation
Women's Division: Lacrosse – 37.6 % Alumni Participation

Over 250 Bulldog alumni supported the challenge by making a gift to their sport. Many of our alumni even made their first-ever gift to the University. There was a 25% increase in donors to Black and Gold this year and this success is due to the dedication of our loyal alumni, like you.

We are grateful to all of our Bulldogs and I personally thank you for all of your support during our 2016-2017 year.  I look forward to cheering on our teams with you this year. Here's to another year of competitive success and excellence in the classroom!

Thank you and GO BULLDOGS!

Bryant Alums,

As valued Bryant Athletics alumni, each of you has represented Bryant with pride and paved the way for our continued success in competition, academics and community.

Truly, we are where we are today because of your commitment, sacrifice and success as Bulldogs and Indians, and we owe each of you our thanks for the part you played in this journey.

Now, as we announce our inaugural Athletics Director Challenge, we ask you to continue that support as we strive to remain leaders in competition regionally and nationally.

The Athletics Director Challenge is a competition between our men's and women's programs focused on reconnecting with alumni and encouraging those who helped us build this great tradition of excellence to continue in a leadership role and give back to the program.

The resources donated to each team will have a dramatic effect on our Bulldogs as they continue to compete at the highest level. The Athletics Director Challenge will run through the month of June, and the men's and women's team with the highest percentage of alumni participation will win $2,500 in funding for their respective program.

Any gift amount counts, and former student-athletes can donate here on or before June 30, 2017 to participate.

For more information and to see where your team stacks up, visit the Athletics Director Challenge homepage throughout the month. Please consider this opportunity to show your Bryant pride and make an immediate impact on the program that impacted you.

I hope you enjoy a relaxing summer and look forward to seeing you at a game this fall.

Go Bulldogs!
