Bryant University Spectator Policy

BRYANT UNIVERSITY ATHLETICS FAN POLICY-

UPDATED APRIL 7, 2021

All guests must present their Health Checker App, which can be found by visiting https://covid.bryant.edu/our-health/campus-entryexit, at the entry gate and at the ticket gate. Food and drinks will not be permitted inside Bryant Athletic facilities and tailgating is strictly PROHIBITED prior to, during halftime, and postgame for all events. Theare is no congregating in any Bryant facilities or parking lots. Facemasks must be worn properly (over nose and mouth) at all times and all guests must maintain a safe social distance of six feet.

Seating, capacity will be limited to comply with Rhode Island Department of Health and Bryant University guidelines. 

Bryant University students, faculty, staff permitted to attend events with proper Bryant University I.D., until capacity for each venue has been reached. 

  • Student-athletes are permitted two (2) guests for parents / guardians.
  • Student-athletes must submit through the pass list in ARMS by midnight the day prior.
  • All guests must present Health Checker APP at the entry and ticket gate.
  • Tailgating prior to the contest, during halftime, and postgame is strictly PROHIBITED. 
  • There will be no gathering of the families with the student-athletes following the contest.
  • Food and drinks are not permitted inside all facilities.
  • Facemasks (to be worn over the nose and mouth) and proper social distancing of six feet is required.
  • Visiting team fans are not permitted.
  • Bryant University students, faculty & staff permitted with proper Bryant I.D. until capacity at each facility has been reached.
  • Pets are not permitted at any event. 

CONATY PARK – BASEBALL  - (Capacity 150): 
Seating allowed in seating area below press box and must be socially distanced.  Please note, only parents/family members are permitted in the outfield area.  Students are not permitted in the outfield area at baseball at any time. Tailgating is strictly PROHIBITED anywhere on campus including all parking lots and athletic facilities.

CONATY PARK – SOFTBALL – (Capacity 75): 
Seating allowed in seating area below press box and must be socially distanced at all times.  Please note, only parents/family members are permitted in the outfield area.  Students are not permitted in the outfield area at softball at any time.  Tailgating is strictly PROHIBITED anywhere on campus including all parking lots and athletic facilities. 

BEIRNE STADIUM – LACROSSE, SOCCER, (Capacity 400): 
 Seating only permitted in main grandstand only and must be socially distanced at all times.  No fans permitted on visitor bleachers behind team benches or behind either end zone including the Strength & Conditioning Center patio. Tailgating is strictly PROHIBITED anywhere on campus including all parking lots and athletic facilities. 

TRACK & TURF COMPLEX  - FIELD HOCKEY, TRACK & FIELD (Capacity 150): 
Seating only permitted in main grandstand area for field hockey and must be socially distanced at all times.  There will be NO fans allowed for the NEC track & field conference championship. Tailgating is strictly PROHIBITED anywhere on campus including all parking lots and athletic facilities. 

TENNIS COURTS COMPLEX  - Tennis (Capacity 50): 
Seating permitted throughout the facility must socially distanced from other spectators at all times.  Spectators must remain off the fence line.
