Always return equipment to its proper location, and always
re-rack your weights.
Weight equipment should be returned to the ground or racks in a
controlled manner.
Weight collars/clips are required on all barbell and curl bar
exercises.
Allow others to work in with you while doing multiple sets.
Always wipe down equipment after you have used it with paper
towels and disinfectant spray provided.
Bags and clothing should be stored in lockers or cubbies, not in
the fitness floor.
Shirts are required in all areas of the Chace Wellness
Center.
Street clothing with exposed metal or clothing that is
potentially damaging to the equipment is prohibited.
Closed toe shoes are required.
No food is allowed in the Chace Wellness Center.
Chalk is prohibited.
Please limit your time on the cardio equipment to 30 minutes
during peak hours or when others are waiting.
Do not throw functional training equipment against mirrors or
other equipment.
Spotters are strongly recommended.
No one under the age of 16, even if accompanied by an adult, is
permitted to use the Chace Wellness Center, unless participating in
an approved program.
All members/guests are expected to abide by the decisions of the
Chace Wellness Center Staff.
