Q: How do I contact the Ticket Office?
A: The Ticket Office can be reached at 401-319-TIXX (8499) Monday through Friday 9 am to 5pm or you can send an email to tickets@bryant.edu.
Q: Where is the Ticket Office located?
A: The Ticket Office is located on the second floor of the Chace Athletic Center.
Q: What events do I need a ticket to gain entrance?
A: Tickets are needed for Football, Volleyball, Men's and Women's Basketball, and Men's and Women's Lacrosse games. All other events are free of charge.
Q: How can I purchase a ticket?
A: Tickets can be purchased online at bryantbulldogs.com/tickets or over the phone at 401-319-8499.
Q: What happens if my tickets are lost or stolen?
A: In the event that you cannot find your tickets, the ticket holder must contact the Ticket Office in order to replace the lost or stolen ticket.
Q: When and where is Will Call open?
A: The will call booth is located outside of the entrance to the respective sport venue and opens at the same time as the box office.
Q: When does the box office open on days of competition?
A: The box office opens one hour prior to all volleyball, men's lacrosse and women's lacrosse games. For men's and women's basketball games the box office opens one hour before the start of the game. For football games, the box office opens two hours prior.
Q: Are youth and senior prices available?
A: Yes, youth and senior tickets are offered at a discounted price and can be purchased on the day of the game. Youth are considered 4-18 and seniors are 65 and over.
Q: Will I get better seats by ordering online or by calling the ticket office?
A: All methods of ticket purchase access the same inventory of seats. There is no advantage to calling the box office rather than ordering online.
Q: What methods of payment are accepted?
A: We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Checks should be made out to Bryant University Athletics.
