Example: Volleyball Nets, Soccer Goals, etc. IF YES- Please describe what court/field you will need set-up. Field set-up is done by Recreational Staff and will be $20 per hour.

Do you need Referees for your event. *

Depending on the event, many games need at least 2 officials, some events/games require more. Each Recreational Officials gets paid $10/hour for a minimum of 3 hours. We cannot guarantee officials for each event.

By submitting this form- your group is liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment. Any event that is canceled must be canceled within 24 hours and an email must be sent to Nick Schleicher at nschleicher@bryant.edu or official fees will still need to be paid. Please take care of the equipment as many items are used by multiple groups, recreational, and intramural programming. Please contact Nick Schleicher with any questions.
