Bulldog football returns to WOON 1240 for ninth-straight year

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – Bryant Athletics is pleased to announce that all 11 Bryant University football games will be broadcast live on WOON 1240 for the ninth-consecutive year in 2016.

Fans will be able to follow every play, home and away, on WOON 1240 and online at www.onworldwide.com. The Woonsocket, R.I., based station has been home to Bryant football since the 2008 season.

In addition, the Marty Fine Coach's Show will air every Monday night during the season from 5:30-6:00 p.m. For third-straight year, the show will be broadcast live from Blackie's Bulldog Tavern on George Washington Highway.

Tristan Hobbes returns for his fifth year as the "Voice of Bryant Football" in 2016, and will be joined by veteran color analyst and former Bulldog coach, Tim Lynch.

The first Marty Fine Coach's Show will air on Monday, August 29 from 5:30-6:00 p.m. The Bulldogs kick off their season on WOON 1240 on Saturday, Sept. 3 against Merrimack (3:00 p.m.).
