Location: Cushing Field (Lowell, Mass.)

Coach de Vries' Comments

"I think the way we started was a little bit frantic and I feel if we are able to take that away then we can really grow into our game. I feel that there were a lot of moments in the game, especially in the first 15 minutes, where we were just frantic and afraid to play. I'm hopeful that by Sunday we get the shakiness out of our bodies and just play and compete and have fun. Right now, we did not play up to our potential. We are just letting our heads go down when things don't go our way but we need to find a positive attitude for 70 minutes."

Key Moment

In the 10th minute, Grace Davis finished off a pass from Clara Defourt to widen UMass Lowell's lead to 2-0.
