THE SERIES
Bryant and Clemson will be meeting for the first time in program history.

FIVE THINGS TO KNOW

  1. Bryant will be facing a member of the ACC for the 14th time in program history. The Bulldogs are 1-12 all-time, posting a 56-54 victory over Boston College on Nov. 25, 2012.
  2. Charles Pride has scored 25 points in each of Bryant's first two games of the season. Dating back to last year, he has scored 25+ points in three of his last four games. The last Bulldog to open a season with back-to-back games of 25+ points was Dyami Starks in 2013-14. Starks scored 35, 35 and 30 to start the year.
  3. Hall Elisias has blocked eight shots in the first two games of the year and has 141 in his Bryant career. Elisias needs just seven blocks to tie the program record of 148 held by Dan Garvin.
  4. Jared Grasso is 41-45 in his first three-plus seasons at Bryant. The Bulldogs have won 15 games in each of the last two seasons, just the second time they've accomplished that feat at the Division I level.
  5. Bryant will travel to Daytona Beach, Florida, next weekend to complete the Sunshine Slam. The Bulldogs will face Bethune-Cookman on Saturday and either Air Force or Holy Cross on Sunday.
