Record 136 student-athletes named to the Spring NEC Academic Honor Roll

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – In what is a fitting end to one of the best academic years for Bryant University at the Division I level, a record 136 student-athletes were named to the Northeast Conference Academic Honor Roll that was announced on Thursday.

GENEVA, N.Y. – The Bryant University men’s lacrosse team scored three third-quarter goals and got 10 saves from tournament MVP James Werner (New Rochelle, N.Y.) in a 5-4 win over top-seeded Hobart to claim its fifth Northeast Conference Tournament title and fourth berth into the NCAA tournament Saturday.
