Men's Soccer announces 2021 schedule

Smithfield, R.I. - Bryant University men's soccer coach Seamus Purcell announced the 2021 schedule on Monday. 

The eight-game schedule is going to have four home and four away games. Every home game this season will be at Beirne Stadium.

The Black and Gold will open the season on (Feb. 20) in a home game against URI. This contest will be the only out of conference game played this year.

The Bulldogs open up conference play by welcoming Long Island (Mar. 1) to Smithfield for a rematch of the semifinals from last season. Then Bryant takes its first road trip of the season to the tri-state area where they will face-off against Fairleigh Dickinson (Mar. 8) and Sacred Heart (Mar. 15).

The Black and Gold then return to the Ocean State to face-off against St. Francis Brooklyn (Mar. 22), followed by a road game versus Mount St. Mary's (Mar. 29). The regular season comes to an end with a two-game homestand against Central Connecticut (Apr. 5) and Merrimack (Apr. 21).

The No.1 seed will host the No.2 seed in one-game Northeast Conference Championship during the weekend of April 16-18.
