Bryant opens the season at UConn

STORRS, CONN. - The Bryant University men's soccer team is set to begin the 2021 season on the road against the UConn Huskies, Friday at 7:00 p.m.

• Ben Williams returns for his senior year after scoring four goals and making the All-NEC first-Team his junior season.
• All of the Bulldogs scoring from last season is returning for the 2021 season.
• The Black and Gold tallied eight assists in the previous year.
• Jack Bacon, who led the team in saves with 15, is back for his second graduate year.

 About the Huskies:

• UConn finished last season with a 1-6-1 record.
• Friday's game will be their season opener as well.
• Moussa Wade who was UConn's leading scored last year is returning for his sophomore year.
• Goalkeeper Jahmali Waite had 36 saves in the spring season.
