As a junior: Put together a solid season for the Bulldogs in 2015-16 ... Swam mainly the 100 and 200 free ... Member of the 800 free relay team that set a school record and earned a bronze medal at the MAAC Championships ... Finished 17th in the 200 free (1:45.06) and 18th in the 100 free (47.75) at the MAACs ... Both times were season bests.

As a sophomore: Swam in six events for the Black and Gold in 2014-15 ... Competed in the 200 free, 100 back, 50 free, 100 free, 200 back and 50 back ... Finished 14th in the 200 free at the MAAC Championships ... Posted a season-best time of 1:44.25 in the event ... Posted his best time of the season in 100 back (55.75) and in the 100 free (47.57) at the MAAC Championships.

As a freshman:  Competed in five events in his first season as a Bulldog … Mainly swam the 50, 100, and 200 free … Swam three events at the MAAC Championships … 100 free (48.60), 200 free (1:47.42), and 100 back (56.13), all times were season bests.

Before Bryant: A four-year varsity letterwinner at Farmington ... Set school records in the 200 free and was a member of record-setting 200 and 400 free relay teams ... Named team MVP, All-Central Connecticut Conference, All-Hartford Courant and all-state ... Earned all-conference, all-courant and all-state honors in 2012 ... Reached the state finals in 2010 and 2011 ... Member of the Math Honor Society and a Capstone Graduate.

Personal: The son of Hanna and Edward Koziol, Kyle Koziol was born on May 13, 1995 ... Has two brothers, Ryan and Nathan ... Cousin, Adam, played basketball at Bryant.
