Mileikowsky, Serra Sparrow compete in ITA Supers this weekend

SMITHFIELD, R.I. -- The Bryant University men's tennis doubles team of Leonardo Mileikowsky and Diego Serra Sparrow head to Cambridge, Mass., this weekend to compete in the ITA Northeast Super Regionals. 

Mileikowsky and Serra Sparrow will face the St. John's tandem of Diogo Marques and Axel Vila Antuna on Friday, October 21. Bryant's duo is one of 16 doubles teams remaining and will be playing for a chance to win a regional crown. The quarterfinals, semifinals and finals will take place over the course of Saturday and Sunday. For more information, click here to visit the official tournament page.

Bryant's duo earned their spot in the supers with a magnificent showing at West Point two weekends ago. Mileikowsky and Serra Sparrow had a bye in the round of 64 before knocking off a doubles team from Sacred Heart in the Round of 32. In the Round of 16, they defeated Fairfield, 8-6, and then downed host Army, 8-6, to advance to the supers.
