As a Freshman: Afifi appeared in four games as a freshman in 2009, making each appearance as a pinch-hitter. Afifi saw action in games against Boston College, St. Francis (Pa.), Maine and Fairleigh Dickinson. 

Before Bryant: Allia is a 2008 graduate of Yorktown High School where she was a three year member of the varsity softball team.  She was an all-league honorable mention selection and also was named athlete of the week. Allia was also a member of the soccer team and scholar athlete. She was a member of the National Honor Society and the Big Buddy Student Mentor Program.

Personal: Allia Joan Afifi was born November 16, 1990. She is the daughter of Nancy Seaboldt and Kamal Afifi. Allia's major is in Economics.
