Bulldogs to host Indoor Throws Competition

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – Head coach Mitch Switzer of the Bryant University track and field program has announced that Bryant will be hosting a High School and College Throws Competition. The event is set for Sunday, Jan. 5 in the Conaty Indoor Athletic Center on the campus of Bryant University.

The throws event is one of the only events of its kind in not only the Northeast but in the country. Events include shot put, discus, and the exclusive whammer throw and is open to all high school and college athletes. Entries will be accepted on a first-come basis with a limit of 30 athletes per event.
