Bryant welcomes Fisher to Smithfield tomorrow

SMITHFIELD, R.I. - The Bryant University women's basketball team returns home to Smithfield to face off against Fisher College tomorrow with a one o'clock tip-off.

Fisher fell to the University of New Hampshire in their most recent game on Sunday by a score of 72-23. Alexia Mason was the Falcons leading scorer with 10 points. Misha O'Neal is averaging 20 points per game for Fisher College, and as a team, the Falcons are recording 68.6 points per game.

WHAT TO KNOW

  • Alana Perkins is top of the list in points (64) and ppg with 12.8 for the Bulldogs. Perkins has made a three-pointer in every game this season.
  • Brooke Bjelko tallied 10 points and nine rebounds in the loss to Notre Dame on Sunday. This is Bjelko's fourth time scoring in double figures.
  • Bryant has recorded at least 30 rebounds in every game this year.
  • Mariona Planes Fortuny has started every game and is currently averaging a career-high 5.4 ppg. She also leads the Northeast Conference in blocks with seven.
  • Nicole Gallagher is shooting 39.1% from the three-point line, which ties her career-high. Gallagher has also gone 6-for-6 from the charity stripe this season.
