This is Janelle Harrison's first season on the Bryant Women's Basketball staff

Harrison was the Director of Basketball Operations for the Hawks last season and before that played professionally overseas in Terceira, Portugal, Beirut, and Lebanon from 2018-2021. As a player for the Hawks, Harrison was a two-time member of the America East all-defensive team and named to the All-Championship team. She also is fifth all-time in steals with 190 and was the 7th player in Hawks history to record 500+ career rebounds (558).
