Bryant University women's lacrosse coach Jessica Davos is pleased to announce the naming of Kaitlyn Robinson (Monmouth '07) as an assistant coach for the upcoming 2008 season. A native of Huntington Station, New York, Robinson was a four-year women's lacrosse standout at Monmouth University in West Long Branch, N.J. where she graduated with a degree in Anthropology in 2006.
While at Monmouth, Robinson was a three-time All-Northeast Conference selection in women's lacrosse, earning first team honors in 2004 and 2007 and second team all-conference recognition in 2005.
Starting in every collegiate game during her career (68), Robinson was a two-time team captain and helped guide the Hawks to a pair of national tournament appearances (2004, 2007). In 2007, Robinson was named all-tournament as a defender and selected as an alternate on the 2007 North-South Senior All-Star team.
As an undergraduate, Robinson was an assistant in the Monmouth
University Sports Information Department, assisting in compiling
statistics and editing media guides.
