Michaud, Spitaleri, and Dalton earn NEC Honors

Somerset, N.J. - Becca Michaud and Amanda Spitaleri were named the Co-Northeast Conference Players of the Week by the organization on Monday. Meghan Dalton was named the NEC Defensive Player of the Week.

Michaud earned Co-NEC Player of the Week after scoring the game-winning goal in the 1-0 win against Wagner on Friday. The goal was the first of Michaud's career, and this is the first time in her career that she has received this honor.

Classmate Spitaleri was also named the Co-NEC Player of the Week. Spitaleri netted the game-winning goal at home versus St. Francis Brooklyn during the 1-0 win. This is the second time in her career that she has received this award.

Dalton earned the honor of NEC Defensive Player of the Week. Dalton recorded five saves, and a shutout in both wins against St. Francis Brooklyn and Wagner. Dalton has three shutout victories this season, and this is the fifth time that she has received this honor.
