Bulldogs fall to CCSU on the road

New Britain, Conn. - The Bryant University women's soccer team fell to Central Connecticut 2-0 on the road tonight.

Coach Bigg's Comments

 "I thought we started tentatively tonight and paid the price by conceding an early goal.  As we dug in after those first 20 minutes, we fought our way back into the game with our pressure and had some good moments of possession - particularly late in the first half. Unfortunately, while we recovered our spirit and fight, we never managed to attack with the confidence required to really threaten their goal".

• 5th Minute - CCSU 1, Bryant 0 - CCSU crossed in the ball from the right side, which was corralled and passed to the forward, who then shot the ball in the corner of the goal.
• 78th Minute - CCSU 2, Bryant 0 - Central Connecticut kicked a ball to the top left of the net past the goaltender from 30 yards out.
