SMITHFIELD, RI - Congratulations to Bryant women's tennis junior Morganne Downing (Cherry Hills Village, CO) has been named the Northeast Conference Athlete of the Week after guiding the Bullodgs to 5-2 win over Mommouth Saturday.
She becomes Bryant's first-ever NEC women's weekly award winner as she picked up a win at No. 1 singles over Diane Washer 6-1, 6-0 and earned a win at No. 1 doubles.
