Fuertes is experienced and polished as a setter and that will shine as she rejoins the Bulldogs in 2009. Her strength is in her anticipation and reading ability. Combine that with all of her volleyball knowledge and she will go a long way in helping to stabilize the Bryant offense.
Fuertes, who played for the Bulldogs as a freshman in 2006, returns to the team as a senior in 2009.
As a freshman: Appeared in 14 matches, recording 34 sets and 20 digs ... Posted a season-best five digs against Stonehill on Sept. 15.
