Coach Garlacy's Comments

"We did such a great job running our offense out of system tonight. Mia did a great job defensively as well as running the offense, earning a double-double. Abby did a great job on defense, leading us in digs and keeping them out of system with her nasty serve. It was a good start to the weekend with a strong, balanced team effort.

How it Happened:

Set 1: Both teams went back and forth in the first set, tying the score nine different times. It remained tied until 19-19, when Bryant went on a 6-3 run to close the set. Emma McGovern and Caroline Kennedy had five kills apiece for the Bulldogs.

Set 2: The second set also featured nine ties along with four lead changes. The Bulldogs were once again able to pull away at the end, using a 6-0 run to finish off another set win. Five different players pitched in to Bryant's six blocks in the set, including Haley O'Brien with one solo and one assist.

Set 3: Fairleigh Dickinson took the early lead in the third set. They held it for awhile, but Bryant was able to stay close and take back the lead, claiming it for good at 12-11.
