Bryant closes season at Regionals
BUFFALO, N.Y. – The Bryant University cross country teams closed out its season at the NCAA Northeast Regional this weekend as the men finished 33 led by Matt McGovern (Long Beach, N.Y) and women 35 led by Julia Ayres (Collegeville, Pa.).

MEET NOTES
- Breann Campise (Tolland, Conn.) was the only returning Bryant runner on both the men and women's teams to improve her time as she ran four seconds faster as compared to the last time she ran in Regionals on the same course.
- This is the first time that the freshman on the women's side have run a 6K race on the collegiate stage. Ayres improved her average mile time from the last race she ran at the NEC Championship by four seconds. Sarah Freeman (Merrimac, Mass.) also improved her average mile time by 17 seconds.
- For the men, this is also the first time that Jason Dolan (Westford, Mass.) and Alex Duncan (Concord, N.H.) have ran a 10K race at the college level. Duncan improved his mile time from the NEC Championship by nine seconds.
