Madeline Massa joined Bryant in August 2019 as the Bulldogs' Director of Marketing.

Massa arrives in Smithfield after spending the 2018-19 season as the Assistant AD of Marketing and Promotions at Stetson. In her time in DeLand, Massa spearheaded the Hatters' marketing efforts, from in-game promotions to designing collateral to supervising and mentoring a student staff to assist in promoting the Hatters' 16 Division I teams. Massa also served as an on-court host for Stetson's men's and women's basketball game and on the field for Hatters baseball.

Prior to her time at Stetson, Massa worked her way up from an undergraduate student worker to a marketing graduate assistant at Stony Brook. Massa was an integral part of the Seawolves' efforts towards an increased football gameday experience and also worked extensively with men's and women's basketball. She worked hand-in-hand with the Long Island community on events including a women's basketball breast cancer survivors brunch and served as the on-court host for women's basketball.

Massa's experience at Stony Brook also included three years as a resident assistant and one year as the Seawolves' Student-Athlete Development & Life Skills Intern.

A native of Shoreham, Long Island, Massa graduated from Stony Brook with a bachelor of science in Physics in 2016 and a master of arts in Higher Education Administration in 2018.
