Woods, Lowe named All-ECAC

SMITHFIELD, R.I. -- Matt Woods and Collin Lowe were named to the All-ECAC Team announced on Wednesday. 

Woods and Lowe also were named to the All-Northeast Conference First Team and the NEIBA All-New England First Team.

The honor puts a feather on the cap for Woods and his incredible year. He hit .384 with 17 doubles, seven triples, eight home runs and 45 RBI. Woods finished in the top five in single season DI program history in average, hits, doubles, triples and total bases. 

Lowe was a mainstay on Friday in his first season at Bryant, going 5-4 with a 2.79 ERA. He struck out 79 and allowed just 16 walks in 80.2 innings. Lowe allowed two runs or less in eight of his 14 starts.
