RACQUETBALL SUMS UP YEAR AFTER SPRING SEASON CANCELLATION

SMITHFIELD, R.I. -- All club sports were canceled for the remainder of the 2020 Spring semester due to COVID-19 after Bryant University’s Spring break in March. Racquetball touched on some positive aspects as they reflected on this past school year. Read below to learn more about Club Racquetball and how they summed up their year.

Racquetball had many of their members set personal records which only adds to their overall success as a team. They got to travel to some matches, like in Albany Ney Work which was exciting to spread the Bulldog pride. Thewere also highly successful in winning titles for many of their matches. Luckily, at the club and involvement fair back in the Fall of 2019, they were able to recruit a solid group of members which they hope will stick with the team and continue to win titles. Though it is disappointing, especially for seniors that they weren’t able to complete this season, they are hopeful for the future of this club and look forward to the Fall of 2020.
