BULLDOGS TAKE ON SECTIONALS

CAMBRIDGE, MA – It was an exciting weekend for the bulldogs at Harvard University where they competed in the Sectionals Tournament.  There were some ups and downs throughout the weekend, but overall the dawgs fought hard and all played well.

Highlights

  • Dawgs all fought hard in their matches against UNH. During the Women’s Doubles, Caitlin McCosh subbed in for Anna Torregrossa when the score was at 1-4 and managed to win three more games with Kaitlin Aucoin, but sadly lost in the end. 
  • Bryant had a tough first day of sectionals as they were placed in a very competitive bracket, but at the end of the day, they placed 3rd in the Bronze Bracket. 
  • The player of the match for this tournament was Caitlin McCosh.  She won the most matches and really came in clutch when the team needed a substitute for any player.
