Bulldogs Take on RWU
Bristol, RI– On Sunday, February 6th, the Bulldogs traveled to RWU to play teams nearby.
Final Score:
- Bryant University vs. RWU: 2-1 Bryant Won!
- Bryant University vs. Brown: 1-2
- Bryant University vs. UCONN: 1-2
- Bryant University vs. Columbia: 0-2
- Bryant University vs. Army: 0-2
Game Info:
- Close matches with Brown and UCONN A
- Our starters Ziv Yu, Ethan Phillips, Daniel Cloutier, Alex Spitznagle, Marco Loccisano, Dylan Palinkas, and Matt Melnychuk were able to play strong throughout all the games
Highlights:
- After a long day at the tournament, our men’s volleyball team was able to send Brown and UCONN A into 3 sets.

- From coach Sperry: “Although we had a tough start, we improved significantly throughout the day and are looking forward to another tournament at URI next weekend Despite a long day, we persevered through the last match against Brown and sent them to 3 sets. Although it didn’t go our way, our scrappy defense and high energy helped us fight until the very last point. We still have a lot to improve upon, but this first tournament allowed us to get practice against teams we had yet to see. We look forward to the rest of the season ahead!”
