Kennedy shining in Detroit Lions camp

SMITHFIELD, R.I. -- Bryant University football alum Tom Kennedy is currently in his third preseason camp with the Detroit Lions. 

This August, Kennedy has played a big role in each of the Lions' first two preseason games, posting 10 catches for 107 yards. He's been the leading receiver in both games, catching four passes for 46 yards against Buffalo and six catches for 61 yards against Pittsburgh. 

Kennedy has appeared in one regular-season NFL game for the Lions during his pro career. He made his debut on September 29, 2019 against the Kansas City Chiefs.
