SMITHFIELD, R.I. – Bryant University field hockey sophomore Victoria Newbill (Wilton, Maine) was named to the 2017 Young Women's National Championship Selection, joining the ranks of the country’s most elite collegiate players who will vie for place on the U.S. U21 National Team following this year’s tournament.

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – Bryant University Director of Athletics Bill Smith accepted the resignation of head field hockey coach Shaunessy Saucier Tuesday. Assistant coach Carla Johl will serve as interim head coach while a national search for Saucier’s replacement is conducted.
16 Bulldogs named to Zag Field Hockey/NFHCA Division I National Academic Squad

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – In the wake of receiving a Zag Field Hockey/NFHCA Division I National Academic Team Award for ranking fourth in the country with a 3.57 team GPA, the Bryant University field hockey team had 16 student-athletes named to the national academic squad.
