SERIES HISTORY

  • Bryant and Colgate have met every season since the Bulldogs moved to Division I in 2008.
  • Sunday marks the 12th all-time meeting as the Bulldogs lead, 8-3, after topping the Raiders, 2-0, last season.

A BIT ABOUT THE RAIDERS

  • The Raiders post a 2-14 overall record notching wins over non-conference opponents, as they went winless during Patriot League play. Colgate topped Saint Louis, 4-1, and Towson, 4-3, in an overtime thriller earlier this season.
  • Four Raiders lead the team with three goals on the season, but junior Taylor Casamassa leads the squad with 10 points as she also leads with four assists.
  • On the defensive side, freshman Emily Kness ranks first in the Patriot League and second in the country with seven defensive saves. As a team, Colgate posts nine defensive saves, ranking them among the top-10 in the country for that category.
  • Sophomore Anna Unger is the primary goalkeeper for the Raiders as she splits time with Emma Goldberg and Sloan Isen. Unger ranks fourth in the Patriot League with 4.94 saves per game. The sophomore accumulates 79 saves in between the posts so far this season with a goals-against-average of 3.56.
  • April Cornell leads Colgate in her third season as head coach.

BULLDOGS NOTES AND NOTABLES

  • Bryant's 1-0 loss to Long Island last Sunday pushes the Bulldogs out of the Northeast Conference postseason.
  • Freshman Taryn Rauff (Johannesburg, South Africa) continues to lead the Bulldogs with four goals.
  • Junior Aisling Madden (Leeds, Yorkshire, England) leads the squad with 37 shots on the year, putting 14 on target.
  • Luttrell and Ward post two assists apiece on the season as they lead Bryant in that category.
  • Freshman Ellie Morrison (Glendora, Calif.) tallied her second defensive save of the season on Sunday, but Isa Oldekamp (Rotterdam, Netherlands) leads with three. Oldekamp ranks second in the conference and 15th in the country.
  • Sophomore goalkeeper Marijn Jaarsma (Uithoorn, Netherlands) ranks third in the NEC averaging six saves per game.
