WHAT TO KNOW

  • Monday will be the first of 14 home dates for the Bryant men's basketball team in 2021-22. The Bulldogs went 10-1 at home last season, it's best record in DI program history.
  • Bryant is coming off a 15-7 record last year. The Bulldogs advanced to the NEC Championship game, falling to Mount St. Mary's at the Chace Athletic Center.
  • The Bulldogs welcome back five players that made multiple starts- Peter Kiss, Charles Pride, Hall Elisias, Luis Hurtado Jr. and Chris Childs.
  • Kiss led the Black and Gold in scoring last year and was a USBWA All-District selection.
  • Charles Pride returns to the Chace Athletic Center for the first time since scoring 33 points and tying an NEC postseason record with eight threes in the NEC Championship.
  • Chris Childs was one of the nation's most lethal three-point shooters, ranking in the top 25 nationally in both 3s/game and three-point percentage.
  • Hall Elisias returns for his final year needing just 16 blocks to set the Bryant program record. He's averaged nearly 2.5 blocks per game in his Bryant career.
  • Bryant will also welcome a quartet of transfers in Greg Calixte (George Mason), Adham Eleeda (Northern Kentucky), Tyler Brelsford (George Washington) and Grant Coleman (Milwaukee).
