Bryant in fourth after round 2 of NECs

Fayetteville, Pa. - The Bryant Univeristy men's golf team is in fourth place after round two of the Northeast Conference Championships at Penn National Golf Club.

"We battled today without our best games. Tyler Hahn and Nick Piersall both continue to play solid golf. We will need them to continue their good play tomorrow in windy conditions. We are
looking to post a good score early to put some pressure on the leaders".
 

How it Happened

  • Nick Piersall and Tyler Hahn both ended the day tied for fourth. Piersall shot a one-over 73, and Hahn recorded a two-over 74.
  • Dan Kurson produced a six-over 78, and finished tied for 17th. Kurson had the only eagle of the day for the Bulldogs on the seventh hole.
  • Jack Woods registered a nine-over 81. He is in 23rd place heading into the final round.
  • In his debut round, Patrick Galleher recorded a seven-over 79.
  • The Bulldogs had eight birdies and one eagle in today's round.
