SOUTH HADLEY, Mass. – Five members of the Bryant University men's lacrosse team have earned NEILA All-Academic honors, the organization announced on Monday.
Baker is a Biology major that earned All-New England honors earlier this year. He had 17 ground balls and 14 caused turnovers.
Weingarten is completing his MBA this year and wrapped up a stellar career with 11 goals and seven assists. He scored three times in the Northeast Conference Championship and two more times in the NCAA Tournament.
Fiske is also earning his MBA this year and finished the year with three goals and an assist. He also added 28 ground balls and 15 caused turnovers.
Another MBA student, Horan put a bow on a magnificent six-year career. He returned from injury to appear in seven games, posting five ground balls and two caused turnovers.
Buonaiuto will be earning his MBA in accounting/finance this summer. He finished the year with 11 goals and five assists, adding 18 ground balls.
