Bryant visits Hobart on Saturday

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Bryant University men's lacrosse team travels to Geneva, N.Y., to take on Hobart Saturday afternoon. 

Saturday's game will be a rematch of last year's NEC Semifinal.

THE SERIES
Bryant owns an 8-6 lead in 14 all-time meetings with Hobart. The Bulldogs defeated the Statesmen 14-12 in last year's NEC Semifinal. 

SCOUTING HOBART
Hobart is 2-3 on the year following an overtime loss to Sacred Heart last weekend. The Statesmen earned a victory over nationally-ranked Lehigh, dropped a three-goal decision nationally-ranked Cornell and lost by two to Syracuse. 

BRYANT NOTES AND NOTABLES

• The Bulldogs are 3-4 overall and 1-0 in NEC play after a 16-4 victory over Merrimack last Saturday. 
• Luke Caracciolo was named the NEC Defensive Player of the Week after posting 13 saves on 16 shots.
• Marc O'Rourke leads the team with 29 points (21g, 8a). 
• Logan McGovern (5-13-18), Bennett Abladian (16-1-17) and Timmy Hackett (9-6-15) all have double-digits in points.
