Men's Soccer releases 2023 Schedule

SMITHFIELD, R.I. - Head coach Reuben Resendes announced the 18-game schedule for the Bryant men's soccer team this afternoon. The schedule consists of 11 road games and seven home games, with seven conference games throughout the season. All home games will be played at Beirne Stadium, and six will be under the lights with a 7:00 p.m. kick-off.
Resendes announces the addition of five mid-year transfers

SMITHFIELD, R.I. - Head coach Ruben Resendes of the Bryant University men's soccer team announced the addition of five transfers for the upcoming season. The transfers come from Franklin Pierce, Monmouth, Coastal Carolina, and San Diego State. Resendes is excited to add these players to the team. "We're excited to strengthen the team with this group of 5 mid-year transfers. Each of the guys joining us have a really strong soccer background and college playing experience at competitive programs. All share the same motivation to want to improve every day and compete for championships", said coach Resendes. "Most importantly, they're high-character guys who will fit right in and positively add to the culture of our program both on and off the field straight away"

SMITHFIELD, R.I. - Head coach Ruben Resendes of the Bryant University men's soccer team is excited to announce the hiring of his staff for the upcoming 2023-24 season. Brendan Pacheco, Andre Martins, and Josep Silvestre will be named assistant coaches. Dave Walsh will serve as the director of quality control.

Friedman named to America East All-Rookie Team

BOSTON, MASS. - Jakob Friedman of the Bryant University men's soccer was named to the America East All-Rookie team by the organization on Friday morning. Friedman enjoyed a productive year in his first season with the Bulldogs, as he recorded three assists this season and played in all 14 games while making six starts. This is the first player in program history to receive an America East end-of-year award.

Paúl scores in home loss to Binghamton

SMITHFIELD, R.I. - Luis Fernando Paúl of the Bryant University men's soccer team scored his second goal of the season in the Bulldogs' 3-1 home loss against Binghamton. With UMass Lowell's tie and NJIT's loss, if the Bulldogs defeat NJIT on Tuesday and UML loses, the Black and Gold will earn the final playoff spot.

Marinelli earns second AE Defensive Player of the Week

BOSTON, MASS. - Luca Marinelli of the Bryant University men's soccer team was named the America East Defensive Player of the Week by the organization on Monday afternoon. Marinelli posted ten saves and recorded a shutout in the Bulldog's 1-0 win against Stonehill. Marinelli is currently top of the conference in saves (36) and saves per game with 7.20. This is the second time that Marinelli has received this award.
