Bulldogs picked first in preseason poll

Somersett, N.J. - The Bryant University men's swimming and diving team was selected to finish first in the Northeast Conference by the organization on Thursday.

The Bulldogs received all of the first-place votes in this year's poll. The rest of the teams listed, Long Island, Mount St. Mary's, and St. Francis Brooklyn, are all tied for second.

This will be the inaugural season for the Black and Gold in the NEC as they had previously spent the last eight seasons in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference. Last season at the 2019 MAAC Championships Bryant, finished in third-place and earned five gold medals and three silver medals. Head Coach Katie Cameron is set to begin her 16th season in charge of the Bulldogs.

The Black and Gold will make their NEC and season debut on February 13th when they take on Long Island in a home meet.
