Bio

As a Junior (2021-22)
Won bronze in the one meter dive (233.40) and placed fourth in the three meter dive (225.40) at the NEC Championships... Named to the NEC Academic Honor Roll.

As a Sophomore (2020-21)
Arnold captured a gold and silver medal at the NEC Championships with scores of 240.75 and 229.30... Named the Co-NEC Diver of the Meet... Member of the NEC Academic Honor Roll.

As a Freshman (2019-20) 
Arnold qualified for the “A” final in the three-meter dive and ended up finishing in seventh place with a score of 189.30 at the MAAC Championships... Was named to the MAAC All-Academic team. 

Before Bryant: A four-year letterwinner with the South Windsor Bobcats … Set the school record in his freshman, sophomore and junior year … Qualified for states all four years and state opens his senior year … Made the honor roll during his junior year. 

Personal: Son of Scott and Gretchen … Has one brother, Will … Uncle Dean Pinto played basketball at Castleton College.
