Men's Tennis completes weekend sweep of BU
CUMBERLAND, R.I. – The Bryant University men's tennis team completed an impressive opening weekend sweep of Boston University on Sunday afternoon, winning 5-2.

"Today was a very solid team victory. Anytime you can beat a quality opponent twice, it says a lot about your depth and your character. This weekend showed some brilliant play by Nick Lorenz and Andrew Pregel. Just a great weekend to be a Bulldog."
How It Happened
- Urged to be even more aggressive in doubles by coach Gendron, the Bulldogs swept the point after winning just 2-of-3 on Saturday. Diego Trejo and Trent Massam won at 1, Diego Serra Sparrow and Grant Pertile won at 2 and Nick Lorenz and Teague Burger were victorious at 3.
- Bryant dropped the top two singles matches but clinched the match with wins at 3, 4, 5 and 6.
- Serra Sparrow won in three sets at 3, 6-3, 3-6, 6-3.
- Andrew Pregel, Lorenz and Pertile all won in straight sets.
