Bio

Ron Gendron, the winningest coach in program history, enters his 17th season as the head coach of the Bryant University men's tennis team in 2022-23.

Gendron joined the program in 2003 and took over as the head coach in 2006. He is a seven-time Northeast Conference Coach of the Year, has posted a 200-163 overall record (170-151 in Division I) in dual matches, including a remarkable 47-4 mark against NEC opponents during Bryant's time in the NEC. Gendron won his 200th career match on April 15, 2022 against LIU in the NEC Semifinals.

Gendron led the Black and Gold to six-straight NEC Championships and six-straight NCAA Tournament appearances from 2014-2019. Along the way, Gendron was named the NEC Coach of the Year seven-straight years, a league record.
