Bryant drops both to Howard on Monday

WASHINGTON D.C. - The Bryant University softball team fell to Howard in both of their games today by scores of 4-0 and 5-1.

  • The Bison scored all four of their runs in the bottom of the fourth inning on a triple, wild pitch, and a single up the middle (4-0).

How it Happened (Game 2)

  • Olivia Fee recorded a lead-off walk in the top of the fourth inning. Alyssa Garabedian then laid down a sac-bunt, which advanced Fee to third base. Jenna Gardner then brought Fee home on a sacrifice fly (1-0).
  • Howard scored five runs on two wild pitches, a single to left field and a double to left-center that scored the game's final two runs in the bottom of the sixth inning. (5-1).
