Four Bulldogs set to compete at BU

BOSTON, Mass. – Four members of the Bryant University indoor men's track and field team is set to compete on Friday at the Boston University Last Chance meet. The meet is the final meet before the ECAC/IC4A Championship as the four Bulldogs look to qualify before the end of the indoor season.

BULLDOGS NOTES AND NOTABLES

  • Both Christopher Wrenn (Norton, Mass.) and William Bittrich (Duxbury, Mass.) are set to compete in the 800m on Friday. Last season, Wrenn set his personal-best in the 800m at the BU Last Chance meet with a time of 1:52.56. Bittirch also set his indoor 800m PR at BU last season with a time of 1:57.98.
  • Sophomore Jason Dolan (Westford, Mass.) will make his season debut in the 1000m as he has not competed in the event yet this season. The last time Dolan ran in the 1000m was at the URI Tribute to Bill Falk last February during his rookie season. Dolan ran to a second-place finish with a time of 2:29.99.
  • Junior Jordan Dagrin (North Kingstown, R.I.) will accompany Dolan in the 1000m. Dagrin competed in the event earlier this season at the Bates Invitational finishing second overall with a time of 2:35.65. However, his personal-best time also came at the BU Last Chance meet back in 2018 when he finished third with a time of 2:30.25.
