As a senior (2023)
Outdoor - Competed in the 110 hurdles... Set his best time of 15:50 placing 7th in the America East Champions... Placed third against UMass Lowell with a time of 15.79... Finished second at the CCSU Invitational with a time of 15.85.

As a junior (2021)
Outdoor - Competed in the 110m hurdles and the 200 ... Set PRs in both of 15.54 (110h) and 25.04 (200) ... Finished seventh in the 100m hurdles at the NEC Championships ... Finished 10th in the event at the NEICAAA Championships ... Earned three top-three finishes in the 100m hurdles.

As a freshman: Led the Bryant sprinters during his rookie season. 

Indoor – Competed in seven meets for the Black and Gold … Kicked off his freshman season with a time of 8.93 in 60m hurdles … Followed up by setting a personal-best at the Bates Invitational in the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.74, finishing second out of six runners and ranking fourth all-time in Bryant’s Top-10 Record Book … Named to the winter and spring NEC Academic Honor Roll.

Before Bryant
A four-year varsity letter winner in soccer and three-year letter winner in track at Peabody High School ... Competed for his high school squad as a hurdler.

Son of Bridget and Hilary Aroke ... Has one brother, Eric, and one sister, Cynthia ... Sister, Cynthia, currently runs track at Boston University.
