Outdoor - PR in the mile (5:39.95) at the Shamrock Invite ... PR in the 1500 (5:08.69) at the UMass Flagship Opener ... PR in the 3000 steeplechase (12:08.83) at UMass ... Finished 9th in the steeplechase at the America East Championships.

Indoor - Competed in the 1000 at New Englands ... PR in the 1000 (3:15.76) at the URI Invite.

As a junior (2022)
Outdoor - Helped 4x400 finish 5th at the Black and Gold Invitational. 

Indoor - PR in the 3000 (12:14.55) at the URI Invite ... Helped 4x800 finish 8th at New Englands ... PR in the 800 (2:28.75) at the Valentine Invitational ... Placed 21st in the 800 at the NEC Championships.

As a sophomore (2021)

Indoor – Ran in eight meets for the Bulldogs in 2019-20 … Started the season with a personal-best in the mile run for a third-place finish and a time of 5:46.39 at the Brown Alden Invitational … Ranks sixth all-time in Bryant’s Top-10 Record Book in the 600m with a time of 1:47.11 at the Bates Invitational … Part of the DMR team that ranks sixth all-time at Bryant with a time of 12:50.94 … Ranks both fourth and sixth all-time in the 4x800 with times of 9:55.11 and 10:30.77 … Set a personal-best in the 800m at the URI Coaches Tribute Invite with a time of 2:30.11 … Crossed the finish line at 3:16.29 for a PR in the 1000m for a third-place finish at the Gordon Kelly Invitational … Named to both the winter and spring NEC Commissioner’s Honor Roll for earning a GPA of 3.75 or higher.

Before Bryant
A three-year varsity letter winner in indoor/outdoor track and field and two-year letter winner in cross country ...
