Outdoor - PR in the 1500 (5:34.05) at the UMass Pre-Championship Meet ... Ran the 800 at the America East Championships. 

Indoor - PR in the 1000 (3:13.57) at New Englands ... PR in the 800 (2:30.75) at the URI Invite.

Before Bryant: Four year member of school's track and cross country teams... Two-time all-conference and all-state performer in cross country, including top ten at states in 2019... Helped lead team to three conference and two state championships... High school teammates with fellow Bryant freshman Evan Boland.

Personal: Daughter of Amy and Jon Stygar... Has one sibling, Jordan... Aunt, Carrie, is a Bryant alumni.
