SCOUTING THE SHARKS
Long Island heads into Thursday's matchup with an 8-17 record and an 8-9 conference record. LIU is currently the five seed in the conference, and they clinch the five seed with a victory and Saint Francis loss. The Sharks can finish no lower than the sixth seed. WHAT TO KNOW

  • Depending on Thursday's outcome, if the Black and Gold win, they will clinch the seventh seed. If they lose, Bryant will need a loss from Sacred Heart and Central Connecticut to earn the seventh seed. If either team is victorious with a Bryant loss, The Bulldogs will host CCSU in a play-in game on Saturday.
  • Alana Perkins is shooting 50% in her last two contests (7-14), including hitting five three-pointers against FDU for the third time this season.
  •  Fatou Jallow has reached double figures in her last three games, tallying 12, 10, and 12 points. She is also shooting 90% from the charity stripe (10-11) during that stretch.
  • Nicole Gallagher has been locked in on the defensive end, registering at least two steals in the last three games, including making the game-winning steal against Wagner on Saturday.
  •  Bryant ranks top-three in offensive rebounds (337), assists (384), and three-point percentage in the conference with 35.5%.
