Bryant falls to PC on Sunday
PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Bryant University women's basketball team fell to Providence College by a score of 85-60 in the final game of the Friar Thanksgiving Classic.
Nicole Gallagher led the Bulldogs in scoring with 13 points and went 3-6 from deep.

How it Happened
- The Friars began the contest on a 13-8 run in the first six minutes of the quarter. Marta Neira Martinez, Gallagher, Lucie Castagne, and Kemari Reynolds recorded two points.
- The Bulldogs went scoreless for the remainder of the first quarter, while PC scored four, resulting in a 17-8 deficit.
- Both teams went back and forth in the second quarter, with each team tallying 11 (28-19) into the media timeout. Megan Bodziony, Gallagher, and Dana Kiefer hit from deep, and Mariona Planes Fortuny got on the board with a touch-up and under.
- The Friars put their foot on the gas pedal and went on an 18-4 run to finish the half and gain a 46-23 lead.
- The Black and Gold battled back to start the second half and outscored the Friars 12-8 before the media timeout (54-35). Bodziony carried the load with seven points, Fortuny recorded one, Kiefer nailed her second three of the contest, and Castagne scored two.
- PC scored 10 to Bryant's seven for the remainder of the quarter, making the score 64-42 heading into the fourth quarter.
