Women's Basketball adds Jada Leonard

SMITHFIELD, R.I. - Head coach Lynne-Ann Kokoski announced the addition of Jada Leonard on Wednesday afternoon. This is the fourth transfer that the Bulldogs have signed this month. Leonard joins Ali Bringham, Mimi Rubino, and Miranda Nyborg.

Smithfield, R.I. – The Bryant University women’s basketball team fell to Binghamton 56-51 in the America East Quarterfinals at the Chace Athletic Center. Silvia Gonzalez led the Bulldogs with 12 points (4-8 3FG), Nia Scott had 11 points and eight boards, and Mariona Planes Fortuny posted 11 points.

Gonzalez tallied a previous career-high of 14 points and four made from deep against Maine and then followed that performance up with her new career-best of 17 points and five 3PM. Also hauled in a career-high eight boards.
